3 green tomatoes ( sour tomatoes are best for this recipe)
2 small brinjal/eggplant
1 medium size potato
1 medium size onion
3/4 tsp salt to salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
For seasoning:
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
4 (+/-) green chilies(finely chopped)
